Mohon bantuannya buat agan2 yang pernah mengalami masalah ini agar dapat memberi pencerahan, soalx masih newbie...:side:

pada saat mengistal template dengan size 18MB melalui Upload Package File gagal terus templatex tidak terupload dan saya coba upload file melalui file manager dan ingin menginstal muncul tulisan XML: failed to load external entity!:(



Please help for my friends who have had this problem that can be very enlightening, because it was a newbie ...

when installed a template with size 18MB through the Upload Package File failed to hold the template was not uploaded and I'm trying to upload files through the file manager and want to install it says XML: failed to load external entity!
